N-Dig

I don’t particularly enjoy About Me’s or Profiles. I feel like if you want to get to know me, you can do so by reading my blog, not reading a paragraph about my interests and hobbies. Who really wants to read that, anyways? “Hey, I’m Sabrina, I have three dogs and two sisters. I like water skiing and hangin’ out with my friends Rebecca and Jennie and Carolina.”

I am not Sabrina, I don’t have any dogs but I guess I have a sister. I mean, I don’t guess I have one, but I guess I’ll tell you. But there are many posts on this blog where I refer to “my sister”. So if you needed to know about my family, you could simply read my blog!

This little page is going to turn into a blog entry, I can just feel it.

I don’t like it when people ramble about themselves. In fact, I hate it. It’s a serious pet peeve. Stories about things that happened to you are wonderful. Quips about your friends or family, fine. But when you’re sitting there, reading someone’s blog, and it just rattles off things they enjoy doing, well … god, it’s so annoying. I don’t care if you like to read! I do too, you’re not special somehow for it. I don’t care if you don’t like to read, either, ’cause that’s the majority of my damned generation.

Gahh.

You may leave now.

  2. Only the Sith deals with absolutes 🙂 quit the word hate unless you’er trying to catch an intriguing contrast with how you look (and read)
